Drilling

Henley and Associates is focused on providing high quality drilling supervisors throughout the United States. Our areas of operations stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to North Dakota.  Henley and Associates’ team of drilling supervisors is comprised of individuals from various backgrounds such as drilling rig managers, directional drillers, mud engineers, fishing tool specialists, etc.  With background expertise in many facets of drilling operations, our drilling team is able to provide innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

Completion

Henley and Associates’ offshore and onshore completion supervisors utilize their experience and today’s new technology in order to provide optimal service to our clients’ completion needs.  In addition, our completion supervisors maintain strong relationships with many of the industry’s leading service companies.  This allows Henley and Associates’ completion supervisors to implement quality perforating, fracturing / stimulation, coil tubing, and flow back jobs.

Workover

Henley and Associates also provides a well assembled team of workover and re-entry supervisors.  Our workover and re-entry supervisors perform 12 and 24 hour operations from plug and abandons to trouble shooting problem wells.  Through their knowledge and communication skills, Henley and Associates’ workover and re-entry supervisors are able to accurately convey activity at the well site and implement possible solutions.

Field Services

Henley and Associates specializes in providing onshore and offshore supervisors to manage and oversee the day to day operations of drilling, completion, and workover projects.  All of our well site supervisors have successfully completed courses in Well Control School and maintain current certification.  With some of the very best drilling, completion, and workover supervisors in the industry, Henley and Associates is able to manage our clients’ projects in a safe and cost effective manner.
